By Guido Faggini Ciro Emobile says Juventus could have signed him at the beginning of this season instead of having to buy him back from Atalanta.
The Bianconeri were able to agree a deal with Atalantes for the Colombian midfielder in the summer, but the player rejected the move to join the Serie A leaders.
“I would like to thank Juventus for their good offer,” the midfielder told the Nerazzurri website.
“But I would have preferred to stay with Atala and I would also like to say thanks to the coach who gave me the chance to improve.”
We’ll see in the next two months what the future holds for me.
“Emobile had spent the previous season on loan at Palermo after returning from injury, and he scored 12 goals in 36 appearances for the Serie B giants.
